Winery & Wine Bar
Owner Paul Hammen discovered a love of wine-making 40 years ago, and he loved it so much, he decided to turn it into a business. Over the years, he's been able to perfect his recipes, and we are very proud of the products we produce.
Our winery produces grape wines, fruit wines, meads, and hard ciders, all made right on-site in Bonduel, Wisconsin. Most of the fruit used in our wines come right from our orchard, and all other fruit and honey is locally sourced. We don't use any artificial ingredients and we also do not use sulfites. We have a wide-variety of wines, with 20+ varieties typically in stock. We also offer wine tasting daily!
In our wine bar, we also offer various non-alcoholic beverages and a selection of domestic and craft beers for non-wine drinkers.
Wine Tasting
We offer wine tasting at our wine bar daily! Our wine bar is open year round, and during the summer months we have outdoor patio seating available.
Our wine tasting includes five samples for $6.00 and you keep the glass! We also offer wine and hard cider by the glass for $5.00 each. Stop by today to taste our family's wine and take a bottle home for yours.

We grow grapes, but not nearly enough for the wine we produce. All of our other grapes are sourced from vineyards within 40 miles of our orchard.
Frontenac
Dry Bold Red
Dark red hue with light cherry, pomegranate, and black currant notes. Smooth with low tannins.
Frontenac Blanc
Semi-Dry White
Golden yellow color with apricot and granny smith apple notes on the palate.
Frontenac Gris
Semi-Dry Rosé
Sunset red orange color. Strawberry blossoms on the nose followed by fresh strawberry fruit and currant flavors.
Maréchal Foch
Dry Red
Deep purple-colored red wine. Full bodied with mild tannins. Notes of smokey black cherry and blackberry. Smooth finish.
Niagara
Semi-Sweet White
Candied lemon and floral jasmine notes with tropical fruit and fresh grape notes. Medium body. Light and smooth.
Petite Pearl
Dry Bold Red
Dark cherry and plum fruit on the nose, leading to plum and berry fruit flavors with mellow tannins. Full bodied red. Well-balanced and smooth finish.
Sabrevois
Semi-Dry Red
Bright cherry red color. Light cherry blossom fragrance. Slight tart cherry and currant flavors. Medium bodied lighter style red wine.
